Learn to Swim Year Around
Swim Lesson Program
"The Journey to the Summit"
We have been closely monitoring the fluid developments of the COVID-19 situation and its implication on our programs. We have canceled all hand-on instruction in order to comply with the guidelines mandated by Governor Kemp. We have a Summer Stroke Clinic in the months of June and July that is available for swimmers who are capable to learning with the coach out of water. For details, please CLICK HERE.
We encourage you to take this time to adhere to the recommended hygiene, social distancing, and limited gathering practices. For more information on COVID-19 and the recommended guidelines, please go to the CDC’s website at www.coronavirus.gov.If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
When we return to our usual lesson program, we offer year round swimming lessons in a safe and comfortable indoor environment. It is extremely important that every child learns to swim competently. Taking swimming lessons year round is very important to allow the swimmer to learn as quickly as they can and to build on their skills. Repetition is a big part of learning to swim and by taking lessons only in the summer children forget a lot of what they learn.
We offer small groups with only a few students to each instructor. Each swimmer is given individualized instructions and attention. Our USA coaches train our instructors to ensure that the proper stroke techniques are taught and we do all this at a reasonable low price. Each session is made up of eight one half-hour lessons for $85.00 Discounts are available for multiple swimmers and/or multiple sessions. If classes are canceled by Summit Swimming due to weather or instructor cancellation, make up classes will be rescheduled. Individual make up classes are not available. Parents are permitted to watch lessons; however we ask that you not interfere with the lesson by interacting with your child during each lesson.
